Alexander Koskovich a0f5667094
pa: Move Pixel charger images to Pixel repository. 
* These are pulled directly from the Google Pixel 4 XL
   dumps so they belong in the Pixel repository to make
   it easier to maintain.

pa: prebuilt: Move fonts to Pixel vendor. 
* Easier to maintain this way. I'm pretty sure leaving
   Google Sans in the font customization XML for non Pixel
   builds is fine.

Chris Crump 7812c1103e pa: overlay: Add some translations for face settings.

Alexander Koskovich d8c77b1e5f
pa: Remove charger images makefile, change to copy out. 
* The makefile seems unnecessarily complex, switch to just
   copying the charger images. For R we can track these in
   proprietary-files to make it easier to maintain.

Alexander Koskovich 73eaf14fcb
Revert "config: Allow opting out of pixel charger animation" 
* This flag was introduced for a device specific bug with
   Ginkgo, resolved by moving boot animation early start to
   late-init, "on init" is triggered in offline charge mode
   too causing boot animation to launch in that mode.

This reverts commit fd29b3f7f2.

Alexander Koskovich 228d6c49f9 pa: overlay: Clean up RRO makefiles and manifests. 
* A lot of these are implied or not needed for RRO.

 * Please keep formatting the same across these, the
   NavigationBarModeGesturalOverlay* stuff from ArrowOS
   used different comments for their copyright header.

 * Removed some packages/configs for GApps related overlays,
   please set them in GApps from now on since we ship with
   them. There is likely more leftover GMS stuff but I wasn't
   going to inspect each one.
