Add check for device platform id. If the soc id
is 126, which means the device is MSM8974,
gpsone_daemon will be started.

In order to improve TCP Downlink and Uplink throughputs,
we are making some changes in default tcp network parameters.
This will help to boost up the overall throughput of the entire
eco system.

This adds the charger monitor service. The charger monitor
is responsible to conduct the adaptive input current limting.
This service is supported on 8610, 8x26 and 8974.

Currently apq8084 is booting using the USB 2.0 controller. However,
on this target, this controller is limited in the number of endpoints
supported, hence we can only support at most two or three functions.
Set the default composition to diag,adb for now until the USB 3.0
controller is fully functional.

This change dynamically create CDROM ISO file.Just put the resource
files into device specific cdrom_res folder.
This cdrom iso will be mounted at PC host, in order to expose
things to the end users, such as device driver etc.

FD feature depends on Modem dormant notifications during
the screen ON/OFF states. By enabling RIL property, FD will receive
modem Dormant notifications in Screen OFF state as well.

The config item to enable checking the EF_CSP data to determine

Target detection and thermal config instance which is specific to
different targets will be added in thermal-engine software as default
thermal config instances. Remove thermal config symlink script from
PRODUCT PACKAGES and remove this thermal script execution code from
init.qcom.syspart_fixup.sh.
