Srinu Jella c6728231c9 init: bluetooth: Remove unused BT services of Bluedorid stack 
Bluedroid stack doesn't use the dbus, bluetoothd services, so
removing the those entries from init.qcom.rc

Maunik Shah 22e8c4118b init.qcom.rc: Add support for Secondary External Storage 
Create directories so that physical storage can be mounted by
Vold at /mnt/media_rw/ location and start the fuse_sdcard daemon
to mount the secondary external storage to /storage/ location.

Sooraj Sasindran 778636c276 Change diag ownership back to radio 
diag ownership was changed from system to radio in recent Android release.
Hence changing ownership to radio to make it consistent.

Pavankumar Kondeti dbfde4ef3a qcom: hsic: Unbind the unused HSIC on msm8226 
When the HSIC is used on msm8226, the device will always be connected
during boot up. HSIC does not allow system suspend until a device is
detected. Hence unbind the HSIC during boot up if it is not connected
to any device.

Vamsi Krishna 16ed0f8767 qcom: hsic: Unbind hsic for apq8084 standalone 
As there is no usecase for HSIC on standalone configuration remove
hsic.

Apoorv Raghuvanshi 5224ed1419 init.qcom.audio.sh: Remove creating symlinks for ANC and MBHC 
The new Android release does not support creating symlink
in init scripts. Do not make symlinks during init scripts,
they will be made at compile time.
