FD feature depends on Modem dormant notifications during
the screen ON/OFF states. By enabling RIL property, FD will receive
modem Dormant notifications in Screen OFF state as well.

The config item to enable checking the EF_CSP data to determine
whether to enable Network selection menu item in Settings app is

Target detection and thermal config instance which is specific to
different targets will be added in thermal-engine software as default
thermal config instances. Remove thermal config symlink script from
PRODUCT PACKAGES and remove this thermal script execution code from
init.qcom.syspart_fixup.sh.

Give the correct permission for sensor polling interface. The interface
name should be "poll" or "pollrate_ms".

Panel was probed as seperate device earlier. Dynamic panel
detection is now using panel dtsi as utility API to parse
all display panel property.
*Remove compatible string from panel dtsi becase it is not a
seperate driver.
*Panel DTSI is part of mdss_mdp device node, not soc.

There is no ALPS sensor on QRD8x10, so should not copy
android.hardware.sensor.proximity.xml file.
QRD8x10 should remove copy android.hardware.sensor.proximity.xml file.

Check Automatic Brightness option from Settings->Display->Brightness
and press OK. Screen brightness should be changed automatically as
per light conditions.

Current ION heap is smaller that the biggest modem image on some
devices. Using PIL1 heap looks resonable cause it is used to load
firmwares. The fact that this heap is defined for most of platforms
and the size is bigger than biggest modem image makes it good
candidate for usage.

Since QCOM WFD and Hybrid solution always use MDP writeback
driver to send content to WFD encoder, set

The dtbs have changed location between 3.4 and 3.10. Look for the
new location first and fallback to the 3.4 location if they're
