Praveen Chidambaram 2e55408016 init.qcom.post_boot.sh: Disable core_control when setting cpu params 
Kernel thermal migitation restricts the number of cores that can be
onlined, when in certain thermal situations. To set cpufreq parameters,
the core should be online. If the core_control feature is not disabled,
the cores cannot be brought online and the following commands will fail.
Enable core_control after the parameters are set.

Ram Mohan Korukonda 45bfdb1db4 init.qcom.rc: bluetooth: add permissions for atheros module params 
bluedroid stack uses the bluetooth params to enable and control
the bluetooth low power mode.

Following are the parameters which are used in case of atheros LPM.
	/sys/module/hci_uart/parameters/ath_lpm
	/sys/module/hci_uart/parameters/ath_btwrite

Change the VM_MAX_READAHEAD value from the default 128K
to 512K in the init script. Do this only for msm8974.

Enable audio script to use AUXPCM config file if BTSCO is "ath3k"
and if target is 8974 liquid.
Also re-arrange existing code for all A-family chipsets to use
AUXPCM config file when BTSCO is "ath3k"

David Ng 7a2814d8a6 init: qcom: Start dbus for BT services on encrypted device 
On restart of the Android framework after the user enters
the correct password for decrypting an encrypted phone,
dbus service which is required by Bluetooth services
also needs to be started.

Also combine the trigger actions into the same group
for this framework restart stage.

This patch adjusts tcp_adv_win to give more room in the
tcp socket buffer for receive window. This helps scale
the receive window better acheiving better throughputs.
