Nagaraj b1ce8c42cb cnss_diag init script to start the service during bootup. 
This change is required to start the service during bootup.
This service is used for routing FW/HOST diag events/debug
messages to QXMD/RIDL(Self-host).start off as root and
drop permission after retaining necessary capabilities at startup

so restiricting the MAX_ACL_CONNECTIONS that HOST can support to 7

Arun Kumar K.R 524c82d190 init_msm: Add usergroup permission to dynamic_fps node. 
HWC will be writing to this sysfs node to set the variable
refresh rate, hence set proper usergroup

Pavankumar Kondeti aa6110601b common: init.qcom.usb: Add USB compositions for RmNET w/ QTI and BAM 
RmNET function uses QTI as control and BAM as data transports on
Ferrum target. Update the compositions accordingly.

Ravinder Konka 0b785802a8 Launch QMUXD process as root user to enable it to obtain required 
capabilites for accessing wakelocks. QMUXD will downgrade itself

to user radio after getting the necessary capabilities.
