Initial Manifest for Paranoid Android 7.0.0 (CAF) 
* currently based on LA.UM.5.6-01810-89xx.0
* the base manifest comes straight from CAF with modifications just to remotes and configuration
* PA specific repositories and changes to manifest get inherited from aospa.xml
