Hernán Castañón Álvarez b243eddc47 pa: set Coral June FP for all the devices. 
This would help on getting SafetyNet passed, on those devices
that don't pass it with stock fingerprint.

Jake Weinstein 77911cd665 pa: Include Common Qualcomm Device Tree on Qualcomm Boards 
Also move board detection earlier in the build process
so we can still call PRODUCT_COPY_FILES.

Jake Weinstein cafcc08f18 pa: inherit device tree before device/qcom/common 
This allows us to check for platform in the common Makefile

Also use call inherit-product to ensure Makefiles are
included correctly.
