The Settings search bar uses surfaceVariant in dark mode and
surfaceHighlight in light mode, but the default surface colors work
better here.

Now that we've modified the power menu to refresh on UI mode changes
and use Monet colors, make it follow the system light/dark theme for
better integration in light mode.

It's odd that the power menu doesn't use Monet colors, unlike most of
System UI. This makes it feel more integrated with the rest of the
system.

* The anti-falsing implementation from HumanInteractionClassifier
regularly prevents easy swipe to unlock or to pattern / pin
on the keyguard lockscreen, requiring multiple attempts
until accepted due to a hardcoded evaluation (5.0f)
while normal usage shows better results without it
* Another solved situation is remote device access like
Vysor or TeamViewer were the device is almost impossible
to swipe properly from a computer client

* A lot of these are implied or not needed for RRO.
* Please keep formatting the same across these, the
NavigationBarModeGesturalOverlay* stuff from ArrowOS
used different comments for their copyright header.
* Removed some packages/configs for GApps related overlays,
please set them in GApps from now on since we ship with
them. There is likely more leftover GMS stuff but I wasn't
going to inspect each one.

- RRO isnt working actually for strings overrides.
- Keep ParanoidDozeOverlay and ParanoidLauncherOverlay empty to avoid not booting after OTA update due to a missing RRO package.
