Josh Gao 65396f4734 adb: extract syncmsg structs. 
Make it so that we can get the sizeof a member of syncmsg without having
an instance of syncmsg or doing something awful along the lines of
sizeof(reinterpret_cast<syncmsg*>(nullptr)->status).

Josh Gao 34a478f572 adb: add ls_v2. 
Add a 64-bit size/time variant of `adb ls`.
