adbd: listen to all functionfs events.

Monitor for FUNCTIONFS_UNBIND as well, so that in the case where we get
FUNCTIONFS_BIND, FUNCTIONFS_UNBIND, FUNCTIONFS_BIND, we don't trigger an
assertion failure from seeing two FUNCTIONFS_BINDs.
