Nikita Ioffe b0b6756b11 Add command to start an empty Microdroid instance ... This command can be used by the developer to start an empty microdroid instance to play with. Or to do quick prototyping of their payload code. Additionally, it can be used by the test infrastructure to run native tests (e.g. bionic tests) inside the microdroid.
