Jiyong Park 92199ced6b Microdroid is built using android_system_image module type 
The new module type is capable of creating linker.config.pb file out of
the input json file and the other files in the same filesystem.

Jooyung Han 1c820739f2 Add public.libraries.txt and linker.config.pb 
These two are used by linkerconfig to generate ld.config.txt for
apexes.
