Matt Wagantall 2c7e4c769a Revert "init: qcom: Enable Krait Retention for 8974." 
Secure watchdog bites have been seen while executing SPM-related
code associated with Krait retention. Temporarily disable this
feature until the issue is resolved.

This reverts commit fe2b975b5a.
