Shantanu Jain 397b841102 ueventd: change permission for secure touch sysfs files 
Change the permission and ownership of secure touch sysfs
files - secure_touch and secure_touch_enable, so that the
secure touch app will be able to access these sysfs files.
The change is for MSM8953 secure touch.

Mahesh Sivasubramanian a183752efa init.qcom.post_boot: Enable suspend for 8996 Pro 
8996 Pro has a SOC id of 1.0. 8996 V1 isn't in use so removing support for it
and keeping suspend enabled for 8996 Pro.

Chitti Babu Theegala a8fae24ecc common: ZRAM, SWAP Disks creation 
ZRAM Disk size - 512 MB. "init.qcom.zram.sh" is now deleted.

ZRAM disk creation is moved to "init.com.post_boot.sh" (at the
common Memory related configuratons) and is done only if
"ro.config.zram" is enabled.

SWAP Disk size - 200 MB (Created only for lower RAM ( < 1GB )
devices & only if "ro.config.swap" is enabled ).

Mayank Rana 1b8e824098 init.qcom.usb.sh: Remove revision ID check for MSM8996 
Revision ID check for MSM8996 platform is not required. Hence
remove the same. Also remove baseband related check as usage
is deprecated and keep only required transport check with
esoc_link to simplify selection of USB default composition.

David Ng 473687056b Initial release bring-up 
Numerous changes to bring-up tree on new release.  Some permanent
and some temporary until all modules are in place.

Final changes:
- re-enable JACK compilation
- supporting changes for kernel source relocation to kernel/msm-3.18
- remove camera preview hint in power HAL

Temporary:
- disable Trebuchet, Mms
- disable device overlays
