The 3rd launcher app may have same permission with launcher2, it will
lead the packagemanager throw the exception and can't install successful.
remove the launcher2, use trebuchet as default launcher.

There is a dependency in the display HAL where a flag(VENUS_COLOR_FORMAT)
is only defined for boards in the video target list. Without this flag
compilation of the display HAL fails.

Even though sensor service moved to core class, common script is
being started as part of late_start services, from which, sensor
service is started. This is causing issues like, none of the
sensors are available to clients as System Server also scheduled
in parallel.

Remove tcpdump from product packages so it can be generated only
in userdebug builds. To ensure that the binary is generated in
userdebug builds only, we specify the module tags as debug in
the tcpdump project.
