Allow multiple chipset/platform/soc_rev triplets in
qcom,msm-id tag. This allows one DTS/DTB file to be used
for multiple chipset/platform/soc_rev variants.
Preliminary version - needs error handling in triplet
parsing and general code cleanup.

Explicitly add dtbtool makefile when generating for Tiny
Android as the dtbtool source path is not part of the

Observed a crash during boot with smd7 permission settings
in the init.qcom.rc file. Move the permission settings to
ueventd.qcom.rc file, as the permissions to all other ports
are specified in uevetd.qcom.rc.Bluetooh DUN requires the
access to smd7

A tool to generate an image of table of device tree. The image
contains a header, table of device tree indices followed by the
list of device tree blobs.

Some of the devices do not have unique serial numbers, in such
case user can set property for the device 'persist.usb.serialno'
which will be taken as unique serial no. Fix the script to set
serial number in the order "persist prroperty-kernel command
line-default value".

For platform msm8960, qosmgr dynamically programs the sampling
rate for display on/off use-cases. Remove it from the init file.

The QMUX deamon must be added to audio group to permit
MediaServer process to use QMI control messaging to manage
Modem resources. Creating /data/audio path to support unix
socket creation.
