David Ng b053341c3d dtbtool: Initial revision of table of device tree tool 
A tool to generate an image of table of device tree.  The image
contains a header, table of device tree indices followed by the
list of device tree blobs.

Refer to dtbtool.txt for more information.

Channagoud Kadabi e0f9ad85e0 common: Fix device serial number issue 
Some of the devices do not have unique serial numbers, in such
case user can set property for the device 'persist.usb.serialno'
which will be taken as unique serial no. Fix the script to set
serial number in the order "persist prroperty-kernel command
line-default value".

Amar Singhal 3b6ead72a0 init: qcom: Remove setting of sampling rate for 8960 
For platform msm8960, qosmgr dynamically programs the sampling
rate for display on/off use-cases. Remove it from the init file.

Chris Lei 2c775e724a device/qcom/common: init.qcom.rc Add QMUX daemon to audio group to 
support mediaserver

The QMUX deamon must be added to audio group to permit
MediaServer process to use QMI control messaging to manage
Modem resources. Creating /data/audio path to support unix
socket creation.

Weiming Zhao 960d4cd19d device/qcom/common: add paths for different LLVMs 
QCOM provides an optimized LLVM. In BoardConfig.mk, customers
can choose the stock LLVM or QCOM's LLVM.  The included file
returns the corresponding path for the selected LLVM.

Santosh Sajjan 90e357de1f wlan:init.qcom.wifi.sh: Changes to support AR6004 USB and SDIO modules. 
Add chnages to auto detect AR6004-SDIO wlan card inserted, and link
the ath6kl wlan firmware and boarddata file to corresponding
USB and SDIO versions based on AR6K chipt type.

Set the property 'wlan.driver.ath' to indicate ATH WLAN,
and is used by application to determine the type of AR6K.
if set to 1->AR6003/5, 2->AR6004(USD & SDIO vesrion)
