vivek mehta 2d3a2d3180 audio_policy: disable software DRC flag 
- disable software DRC flag so that non DRC volume curve
  can be selected

Mingming Yin ed3be530b5 audio: add default audio_policy.conf 
- Add default audio_policy.conf in common
- This config file contains only AOSP audio
  profiles. All extended profiles are removed
- This config file is used when USE_CUSTOM_AUDIO_POLICY
  is not set or not set to 1.
