Sometime it is possible that KMS APIs are invoked and QSEECom
listeners are not up. This would cause failure from secure side
and KMS API will fail eventually. This change waits for QSEECom
listeners to be up before calling KMS APIs. If QSEECom listeners
are not up even after wait period, API would fail without going
to secure side.

Start the cnss_diag service with -f option to capture the wlan
driver logs to an internal/external sdcard and also enable -d
flag to capture debug logs.

For more secure, the HLOS framework process can't
run as net_admin, it only has system privilege.
Therefore those IPA device nodes which HLOS
framework process needs to access should be put
as system UID but with net_admin GID for IPACM
to configure rules in IPA-HW when device bootup.

Drop inheriting from 64-bit emulator target and switch
to using proper 64-bit device configuration. The

The sysfs path of input device corresponding to the touchscreen
can not be hard-coded. Determine the path dynamically at
run-time and set the permission/ownership of secure-touch sysfs
correctly.
