For platform msm8960, qosmgr dynamically programs the sampling
rate for display on/off use-cases. Remove it from the init file.

The QMUX deamon must be added to audio group to permit
MediaServer process to use QMI control messaging to manage
Modem resources. Creating /data/audio path to support unix
socket creation.

QCOM provides an optimized LLVM. In BoardConfig.mk, customers
can choose the stock LLVM or QCOM's LLVM. The included file
returns the corresponding path for the selected LLVM.

Add chnages to auto detect AR6004-SDIO wlan card inserted, and link
the ath6kl wlan firmware and boarddata file to corresponding
USB and SDIO versions based on AR6K chipt type.
Set the property 'wlan.driver.ath' to indicate ATH WLAN,
and is used by application to determine the type of AR6K.
if set to 1->AR6003/5, 2->AR6004(USD & SDIO vesrion)

SDCC rail is power collapsed only if it is idle for 10s.
In non tunnel mode audio playback 1mA current is saved
with this change.

telephony: Set accept_ra==2 for rmnet_usbx interfaces
When ipv6 forwarding is active, rmnet_usbX interfaces
are not receiving an ipv6 address. This will happen for
instance, when tethering is enabled before the rmnet_usbX
interface is setup.
Set accep_ra==2, for those interfaces, which allows them
to act on router advertisements even when forwarding
is active

The common obex might be used for non Blutooth functionality also, for
Bluetooth this general obex is not capable of supporting
Single Response Mode, an advanced Bluetooth obex feature. Hence separate
the btobex from general obex to maintain the changes for BT obex separately
without disturbing the google obex.
