- To use this, set TARGET_COMMON_QTI_COMPONENTS := <components>.
e.g. TARGET_COMMON_QTI_COMPONENTS := av bt perf
- Configurations go inside qti-components/<component>/qti-<component>.mk
- Blob list go in qti-components/<component>/proprietary-files.txt
