Peter Collingbourne f4e3d42f27 Delete definitions of __aeabi_unwind_cpp_pr0. 
These are no longer necessary now that LLVM no longer emits references to
this symbol on Android.

dimitry 8868d9e900 Move platform-private symbols out of libdl.so 
Symbols not intended to be accessible from apps are moved to libdl_android.so
