Elliott Hughes	f4cace695e	Punch a hole for renameat(2) for app compat. This was allowed implicitly until we moved bionic over to renameat2(2) because that's all riscv64 has. This restores the status quo for the other architectures (while keeping everyone using renameat2(2) if they go via bionic, for consistency). Punch a hole for renameat(2) for app compat.

This was allowed implicitly until we moved bionic over to renameat2(2)
because that's all riscv64 has. This restores the status quo for the
other architectures (while keeping everyone using renameat2(2) if they
