Add riscv64 to the map files.
The alternative would be to define an "lp64" shorthand like we have for SYSCALLS.TXT, but since this functionality is only used by bionic and old frameworks code to document historical oddities, it's unclear that it's worth implementing. We shouldn't ever need architecture-specific annotations again in future.
