Keep_alive can now handle silence playback on multiple concurrent
devices such as primary output devices as well as HDMI

On msm8998 platform, ANC headphone path is not
enabled correctly. Correct ANC headphone path
mixer controls. Set ANC FB headset backend as
headphones.

-To ensure all streams are routed to A2DP/SCO when routing
for one stream is recieved, add A2DP/SCO entries to
platform info xml.

Rename all instances of msmcobalt to msm8998. Rename
the config directory, defines, functions, and look for
the renamed target and soundcard.
